Project start dates are scheduled based on crew availability, permit timelines, weather, and material lead times. Start dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.
If you need to cancel or postpone a project, please notify us as soon as possible. Deposits paid to cover materials or permit fees already incurred may be non-refundable. The specific terms of your deposit and cancellation policy will be outlined in your written agreement.
We reserve the right to postpone or cancel work due to severe weather, unsafe site conditions, permit delays, or other factors outside our control. In such cases, we will work with you to reschedule as soon as practicable.
Payment terms are established in the written project agreement. General terms are as follows:
Where required, San Tan Valley Concrete will apply for necessary permits through Pinal County Development Services or the applicable jurisdiction. Permit fees are typically passed through to the customer and will be itemized in the written agreement.
Customers in HOA communities are responsible for obtaining any required HOA approvals before work begins. We will assist with the process where possible, but delays caused by HOA review are outside our control and may affect the project start date.
We stand behind our workmanship. Any warranty on labor or materials will be described specifically in the written project agreement.
